PRAYER
In the formation of the Tabernacle - Moses was directed to build according to the pattern shown to him (Hebrews 8:5).
The Tabernacle was a place where God met with him. Today when we pray, the purpose is to meet with God, seeking His guidance and help.
For me, there are times I pray following the pattern God laid out in the Scriptures.
1. Psalm 100:4 we enter into His gates with Thanksgiving and into His courts with Praise. “𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡"
2. The first article seen would be the Alter - where the sacrifices were made. So “𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡" of sin and trespass.
3. Next the Wash laver - where the priest washed their hands. “𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚” GOD that we have been made clean through the forgiveness or sin and letting the past go.
4. Then we leave the past behind and enter in - The Table of Showbread is on the right side - The word of God. “Pray the Scripture” remembering ‘man shall not live by bread alone, but by every WORD from the mouth of GOD.'”

5. The Golden Candle Stick (Menorah) I love to pray Isaiah 11:2 seeking the leading of God’s Spirit & His work in, and through, my life in the areas of:
• Salvation
• Wisdom
• Understanding
• Counsel
• Might
• Knowledge
• The fear of the LORD.
𝙄 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬, 𝘽𝙐𝙏 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙄 𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙪𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧.
6. The Alter of Incense where the sweet-smelling aroma of our prayers are offered up to God
7. Behind the Veil - the Ark where the Holy Spirit spoke to Moses and today resides in us. 1st Cor 3:16 and 1st Cor 6:19 use the Greek word “naos” which means the ark was where the “the Holy of holies” resided.
When we are praying in Jesus’ name, God hears us and we can come boldly before His throne of Grace - seeking His leading (Heb 4:16). God is seeking such to worship Him.
Beloved, Pray! You don’t have to pray like this - but let us be a praying body and a praying church. After all He is God and He is a good Father that inhabits our praise, may our dependency ever be upon Him! Beloved, let us ever honor the LORD - He is so worthy!
